We believe there is no substitute for good healthy food and with that philosophy in mind we work hard at sourcing fresh ingredients in all the foods we serve. We are at the shop before sunrise baking from scratch all our wonderful morning pastries, homemade breads, cinnamon rolls and gourmet soups and desserts.

Responsible Local Coffee

Coffee is our passion and we love bringing responsibly sourced coffees to others who share this passion with us. We offer single origins as well as our own custom blends that you can enjoy hot or iced, cold brewed or even Nitrogen infused. We also serve frappes made from scratch with fresh shots of espresso, never a mix. So come in and see why CJ’s is the local favorite or order beans online to enjoy at home.

History

When we first purchased the Main Street location in 2010 it had originally been a Greyhound Bus Station. We have heard many stories from customers of their memories of the old station. It has been a pleasure adding on to the little dining room that sat only 18 people. It has also been our pleasure getting to know this great community of people and enjoying being a small part of their day.

CJ’s has grown to open a second location in Sherman, Texas. CJ’s on Travis opened its doors in May 2018. With lots of help from friends and loyal customers, we turned an old KFC building into this amazing space for people to gather. We transformed an 8 foot windmill into a piece of art and hung it from the ceiling over a 10 foot community table whose top is made from an old caboose train floor. The inside and outside are covered with art from local artists and wi-fi and charging ports are easily accessible.
